As a Senior Motion Designer, you'll play a key role in shaping high-performing short-form video content for social and paid channels. Your focus will be on creating visually compelling animations and edits tailored to platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta, where engagement and conversion are driven by precision and timing.
Creative Execution & Strategy
You’ll transform scripts, storyboards, and raw assets into dynamic videos that capture attention within seconds. By combining kinetic typography, motion graphics, and trend-led formats, you’ll build content designed to perform. You’ll apply modular editing techniques—breaking down top-performing elements and reassembling them intelligently to optimize results.
Staying ahead of global creative trends is essential. You’ll analyze competitor content and platform algorithms to anticipate shifts in audience behavior, ensuring our messaging remains relevant and impactful.
Collaboration & Leadership
You’ll work closely with brand, creative, and performance teams to align visual language across campaigns. This role also involves mentoring junior designers, helping them refine both technical skills and creative judgment.
Tools & Innovation
- Primary tools: Adobe After Effects (with plugins), Premiere, CapCut
- AI integration: Experience with Midjourney, Runway, Higgsfield, LTX, ElevenLabs, and similar platforms to accelerate ideation and production
- Familiarity with Figma for design handoffs and collaboration
