As a Senior Mobile Engineer, you'll take ownership of architecture, implementation, and optimization using React Native and TypeScript, working across the full development lifecycle from concept to production.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement a robust mobile banking experience with a focus on responsiveness, performance, and security
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features
- Establish coding standards, testing practices, and performance benchmarks for the mobile frontend
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable releases
- Integrate with internal services and third-party APIs while ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Lead testing strategy across unit, integration, and end-to-end levels
- Continuously monitor app stability and optimize for scalability and user experience
- Drive improvements in tooling, workflows, and engineering practices
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of hands-on mobile development, with experience shipping production apps from the ground up
- Deep expertise in React Native and TypeScript, with a strong grasp of frontend architecture
- Proven ability to lead technical decisions and set quality standards
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile performance optimization
- Comfort operating independently in a fast-moving, iterative environment
- A strong interest in fintech, security, and building resilient financial products
Nice to Have
- Background as an early or founding mobile engineer in a startup or fintech company
- Experience navigating cross-platform nuances between iOS and Android in React Native
