Responsibilities
- Core product surfaces
- Analyze auth/registration funnels, search & discovery, and profile/photo engagement
- Measure messaging engagement and match/interest conversion
- Own analytics for upgrades and monetization funnels
- Platform concerns
- Track push/deep link and realtime feature performance
- Analyze ads & IAP revenue metrics
- Support compliance analytics (consent, age checks, verification)
Requirements
- Strong Flutter/Dart (3.x) experience — production apps on iOS and Android
- Layered architecture: UI → Domain (usecases/repos) → Framework
- BLoC + Provider, GetIt for DI, GoRouter for navigation
- Networking with Dio; immutable models with codegen (built_value or similar)
- Multi-flavor / white-label shipping (per-brand config, assets, store IDs, Firebase)
- Experience writing tests (unit/widget; ideally bloc_test / BDD-style)
- Fluent Russian
- B2 level of English
