About the Role

Tilt is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager - Affiliates to drive growth by optimizing affiliate channels and forging strategic partnerships. You'll develop and execute a long-term affiliate marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives to achieve aggressive revenue and customer acquisition goals.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage analytical and strategic expertise to scale Tilt's core portfolio by optimizing existing channels and forging new partnerships.
  • Achieve aggressive revenue and customer acquisition goals.
  • Utilize strategic communication to influence stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and negotiate high-value affiliate agreements.
  • Foster enduring, trust-based relationships to drive consistent performance, ensure partner retention, and maintain alignment with Tilt's goals.
  • Develop and execute a long-term affiliate marketing roadmap, aligning with Tilt's business objectives.
  • Expand market reach, diversify partner networks, and drive sustainable growth.
  • Drive operational excellence by delivering on commitments to partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Establish robust processes such as new data constructs for seamless affiliate tracking.
  • Build scalable affiliate operations from zero to maturity to support long-term growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credit, Product, and Data Infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of industry experience in business analytics, preferably within financial services or fintech.
  • Focus on driving performance through affiliate channels and strategic partnerships.
  • Advanced analytical proficiency.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for campaign optimization and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to align affiliate strategies with broader business goals.
  • A structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to distill complex affiliate marketing challenges into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading key functions at a bank, fintech, or related industry.
  • Track record of driving measurable results and growth.
