McDonald's Corporation is hiring a Senior Manager, Service Delivery to serve as the Global Process Lead (GPL) for Acquire to Retire (ATR). In this role, you will own the end-to-end global design, governance, and continuous improvement of ATR processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across all markets while enabling necessary localization.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end ATR processes, including fixed asset lifecycle and project accounting, to drive global standardization while accounting for market-specific needs.
- Liaise with run-state GPLs and operations to clarify or refine global process designs for greater efficiency.
- Identify business requirements to support process design in the ERP and collaborate with technology and functional solutions to translate requirements into system configuration.
- Develop supporting manual business processes where system capabilities do not exist.
- Identify key business and IT controls with Internal Audit and integrate them into process design.
- Validate that Standard Operating Procedures accurately reflect global design, including roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths.
- Support the development of UAT scripts that reflect real-world operations and local nuances.
- Assist with training on new global processes by providing deep process insights.
- Validate data conversion strategy, including data scope, cutover needs, and requirements for cleansing.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with end-to-end accounting or finance business process design and/or continuous improvement.
- Experience with global ERP implementation projects.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, benchmarking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, drive change, and act with both decisiveness and collaboration.
- Ability to quickly absorb complex systems and process knowledge and apply it strategically.

- Compensation range of $152,678.00 - $190,847.00 per year.
