Responsibilities
- Design and automate end-to-end DevOps workflows to enable seamless development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Develop custom internal tools, APIs, and command-line interfaces that empower engineering teams to focus on building products.
- Enable on-demand provisioning and monitoring of infrastructure and development environments using automated workflows.
- Maintain and enhance Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) based on evolving team requirements and feedback.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams adopting the platform, resolving usability issues and promoting best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues using observability and monitoring systems to minimize disruptions to developer workflows.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and tools through proof-of-concept initiatives to drive innovation within the platform ecosystem.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
- Proven ability to write effective user stories and prioritize development work based on business impact.
- Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Puppet.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and design principles.
- Ability to identify, assess, and resolve security vulnerabilities in infrastructure and platforms.
