QIMA is hiring a Senior Manager, Data & Web Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of data and web engineers.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies and roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
  • Improve existing systems and processes.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Mentor and guide team members in their professional development.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensure security and compliance of data and web systems.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations.
  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and make critical decisions.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
