CVS Health is looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs Operations to be a key contributor to the Corporate Affairs department’s operational excellence. Reporting to the Vice President – Corporate Affairs Operations, you will lead programs that drive engagement, professional growth, and effectiveness across the function.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the strategy, content, and continuous improvement of the Corporate Affairs Community Site as a dynamic hub for collaboration.
- Lead the planning, development, and distribution of the department newsletter for timely and engaging communication.
- Design, coordinate, and execute department-wide communications, including leadership messages and town halls.
- Develop and implement best practices for team communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Identify needs and manage professional development and training programs to support colleague growth.
- Manage the EA Hub, ensuring resources and tools are current and high-value.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of the Corporate Affairs internship program, including recruitment and evaluation.
- Serve as a partner to HR and business leaders to ensure a high-quality internship experience.
- Build strong relationships and collaborate with teams across Corporate Affairs and the broader enterprise.
- Act as a thought partner and advisor to department leaders on engagement and talent initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Legal Operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workflow tools.
- Experience with legal technology systems (e-billing, matter management, knowledge management).
- Ability to travel up to 10% (including plane).
Nice to Have
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven success leading enterprise-level programs.
- Outstanding project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to operate strategically and execute independently in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Experience with digital platforms, knowledge management, and professional development programming.
