DailyPay is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Marketing to play a key role on our B2B Marketing team. You will be responsible for strengthening client relationships and driving growth by developing strategic communications and leading targeted outreach. What You'll Do

Develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies (email, advertising, client portal, webinars, client communities) to keep clients informed of product value.
Lead Account-Based Growth efforts by identifying and segmenting high-potential client clusters for personalized outreach.
Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to create marketing and enablement materials for cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
Foster client loyalty and ensure clients derive maximum value from DailyPay solutions.
Collaborate effectively with customer success, sales, product, and other marketing teams.
Maintain consistent communication with customer success and GTM leadership regarding insights, challenges, and successes.
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze key drivers, and recommend campaign optimizations.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on client marketing, engagement, and/or account-based strategies.
Strong understanding of client marketing principles and best practices.
Familiarity with Marketing Automation and CRM technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
