Responsibilities
- Lead the continuous improvement of the global benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness, employee needs, and financial sustainability
- Design and assess region-specific benefits programs that comply with local laws and reflect cultural expectations in regions including EMEA, LATAMD, and APAC
- Act as the main liaison for benefits brokers and third-party providers, managing partnerships to secure high-quality service and favorable terms
- Guide transitions in funding models, such as level-funded arrangements and long-term self-insurance strategies, in coordination with Finance and Legal teams
- Manage the creation and launch of benefits offerings in new countries, covering plan architecture, vendor selection, and regulatory adherence
- Partner with People Business Partners and Total Rewards specialists to align benefits with compensation frameworks and organizational goals
- Develop and distribute clear, impactful benefits communications to support employee understanding during enrollment, onboarding, and personal milestones
- Analyze market benchmarks and internal data to inform decisions on benefit design, eligibility criteria, and cost-sharing approaches
- Ensure ongoing compliance with international, federal, and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, and local statutory mandates
