Key Responsibilities
- Guide a distributed team in advancing application security practices across global engineering organizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into the Discover, Define, and Deliver phases of product development
- Design and implement secure-by-default tooling, automated controls, and proactive testing strategies to reduce risk exposure
- Lead offensive security initiatives, including threat modeling and vulnerability management, to strengthen application resilience
- Support secure integration of AI-assisted development tools and emerging agentic workflows
- Align security strategy with the company’s core operating model, emphasizing data-driven decision-making and developer empowerment
