Vanta is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Management to lead and support a team of highly motivated Account Managers for the Commercial team during a period of rapid growth. Your primary focus will be ensuring Vanta continues to hit GDR and NRR targets while helping shape the Account Management organization as the company scales.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and mentor a growing team of high-performing Account Managers, providing them with the tools, coaching, and support needed to deliver business results.
- Evolve Vanta’s expansion and renewal sales playbook by developing and implementing new initiatives and strategies to boost GDR and NRR.
- Grow the Account Management team through active involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Create sales training, conduct weekly forecasting meetings, and mentor direct reports on strategies to better retain and grow customer accounts.
- Help foster an inclusive Account Management organization that represents Vanta’s culture and values.
- Ensure individualized development plans are in place to support ongoing talent growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive better outcomes for prospects and customers with headquarters in NAMER.
- Partner with sales and customer success leadership to create an agile organization that uses decision frameworks to inform strategic direction.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working in B2B SaaS Sales.
- 3+ years of sales or post-sales management/leadership experience at a SaaS business.
- Experience managing and scaling teams that sell multiple products into multiple personas.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of making a large impact quickly.
- The technical competency to understand Vanta’s software and the intellectual curiosity to learn about governance, risk, and compliance.
- Openness to using AI to amplify skills and strengthen work, demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly.

Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates may be located in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, or Sydney.
