Responsibilities
- Lead and support a growing team of high-performing Account Managers, providing necessary tools, coaching, and support to achieve business results.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives and strategies to enhance GDR and NRR.
- Expand the Account Management team through active recruitment, onboarding, and training of new members.
- Conduct sales training, weekly forecasting meetings, and mentor direct reports on strategies to retain and grow customer accounts.
- Promote an inclusive Account Management organization that reflects the company’s culture and values.
- Ensure personalized development plans are in place for each team member to foster ongoing talent development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve outcomes for prospects and customers based in North America.
- Work with sales and customer success leadership to create an agile organization that uses decision frameworks to guide strategic direction and iterates as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and 3+ years of sales or post-sales management/leadership experience in a SaaS company
- Experience managing and scaling teams that sell multiple products to various customer personas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make a significant impact quickly
- Technical competency to understand the software and intellectual curiosity to learn about governance, risk, and compliance
