About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts in the Benelux region, focusing on strategic partnerships and revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of major accounts in the Benelux region.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to management.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales training and development programs.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Provide input on product development based on client feedback.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and gather insights.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Strong understanding of the Benelux market.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and at least one other Benelux language.
