Finom is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team and drive our data science and machine learning initiatives forward.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Build scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support ML initiatives.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers and data scientists.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or data science roles.
- Proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in data processing, feature engineering, and MLOps best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in Cyprus, Poland, or Barcelona.
