Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end data pipeline and architecture solutions that support reuse, adaptability, and interoperability across business units.
- Demonstrate expertise across the full data production lifecycle, including extraction, transformation, reconciliation, quality assurance, and security, using code-driven methodologies.
- Incorporate test-driven and data-driven development trends to create modular, reusable frameworks that reduce manual data processes.
- Modernize legacy HR and employee experience systems into scalable, productized data offerings aligned with evolving business demands.
- Collaborate as a core contributor within agile data engineering teams, guiding technical direction and influencing stakeholders across product, data, and business functions.
- Work closely with product and architecture teams to shape strategic decisions impacting resource allocation, budgeting, operations, and process implementation.
- Oversee software development lifecycle practices, design patterns, and the technical growth of engineering teams.
- Enhance and modernize data platforms to ensure stability, timeliness, completeness, data quality, security, cost efficiency, operational excellence, and ease of use.
- Ensure governance compliance in coding standards, regulatory controls, and success metrics such as cost, maintainability, and operational performance.
- Promote a culture rooted in diversity, inclusion, equity, and mutual respect across teams and functions.
Compensation
