SYSTHEMIS AG is looking for a Senior Lead Developer und Architect Java & Web (m/w/d) to spearhead the development and architectural design of specialized applications and data exchange systems for the healthcare sector. You will provide technical leadership within a team of experienced developers, ensuring high-quality, standards-compliant software delivery.

What You'll Do

Perform full-stack software development with modern technologies like Java, Spring, Angular, relational databases, and containers.
Design and implement state-of-the-art software architectures.
Document architecture, preferably using the arc42 approach and UML.
Ensure adherence to standards and high quality throughout the software development process through code reviews and pair programming.
Take on implementation responsibility within development projects in a partially English-speaking team.
Closely collaborate with colleagues and customers.
Support the preparation and execution of customer meetings.

What We're Looking For

Project experience and excellent knowledge in Java and modern web and cloud technologies.
Experience developing CI/CD infrastructures based on Gitlab-CI.
Experience using Atlassian development tools, especially Jira and Confluence.
Interest in conceptualizing and programming web-oriented, modular, and business software solutions.
Very high communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor.
German language skills at least at level C1.
English language skills at least at level B2.

Nice to Have

Demonstrable experience as a Lead Developer or Architect for a project team with eight or more stakeholders.
