Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated solutions to ensure consistent and accurate performance of next-generation sequencing assays
- Operate both independently and collaboratively within a development group to deliver integrated automation platforms
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams including scientists, engineers, and software developers
- Deliver advanced troubleshooting and support for automated processes at the instrument and analytical output levels
- Demonstrate leadership through initiative and contributions that extend beyond core responsibilities

Remote — Austin

- Ability to travel between local Austin sites, within 1 mile, to support multiple labs
- Flexibility to support several simultaneous projects
