Responsibilities
- Deliver clean, maintainable, and efficient code that supports testing and long-term scalability within defined timelines.
- Participate actively in all phases of development, including sprint planning, implementation, and deployment cycles.
- Foster effective collaboration between development teams and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Develop and sustain high-performance systems capable of managing large-scale transaction volumes.
- Diagnose and resolve live production issues using monitoring tools, alerting systems, performance metrics, and profiling techniques.
- Support initiatives focused on system scalability and operational automation to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience with Java Core (Java 8 or later) in enterprise-grade applications.
- In-depth understanding of multithreading and designing systems for high-load environments.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience optimizing database queries and performance.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and related containerization technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve issues in production using monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

- Familiarity with technologies such as Clickhouse, GCP, Kafka, ElasticSearch, Ebean, Protobuf, InfluxDB/Grafana, Google Services integration, SPA frameworks, modern web/mobile platforms, or experience in fintech domains.
