WIZELINE is looking for a Senior iOS Software Engineer to play a key role in translating business requirements into technical specifications and driving impactful technical decisions. This position focuses on enhancing team efficiency and owning the technical direction for iOS projects.

What You'll Do

Enhance team efficiency by driving initiatives and introducing new technologies, including practices like Cross Knowledge Training.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and make informed decisions on technology adoption, infrastructure, and cost impacts.
Document and communicate infrastructure and design decisions to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for projects.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of iOS development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Swift and SwiftUI.
Familiarity with data structure, system design, design patterns, API designs, MVP or MVVM, declarative UI, Git, and DevOps.
Have published two or more iOS apps to the App Store.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
The ability to identify skilled engineers as we grow the team.
Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
A positive disposition and a good attitude under pressure.

Nice to Have

Full stack background is a huge plus. Familiarity with cloud services, GraphQL, Firebase, etc is a plus.
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject.
