Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning for transitioning the inspections application from React Native to native iOS, with a long-term goal of delivering it as an SDK
- Identify and fix issues affecting the stability and consistency of the current inspection process
- Break down complex, long-duration projects into manageable tasks for individual and team execution
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define scope and evaluate tradeoffs, prioritizing user experience
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with a diverse group of customers before, during, and after product releases
