Truelogic Software is hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of the cloud and on-prem infrastructure that supports all our customer-facing products. You will be responsible for ensuring this foundation is secure, performant, and highly available.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the organization, security, maintenance, and optimization of infrastructure supporting all products, ensuring high availability and peak performance.
- Drive the implementation and refinement of tooling and automation solutions to expedite issue resolution and proactively prevent incidents.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and engineering teams to shape hosting strategies that enhance existing products/processes and facilitate new technology integration.
- Work closely with the DevOps team to ensure seamless operation and swift performance of our technology stack, including hosted websites, services, and all internal/client-facing products.
- Monitor and promptly respond to emerging infrastructure challenges in real-time, both during regular work hours and as part of a rotating on-call schedule.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical experience in Windows system administration, network engineering, and automation scripting.
- 5+ years of experience running cloud services, preferably Azure.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Powershell and/or Python.
- 3+ years of experience with CI/CD technologies such as Azure DevOps and/or Octopus Deploy.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, preferably AKS.
- SQL Server and/or Azure Database management experience.
- Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring/alerting solutions.
- Experience supervising other team members.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
