About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement highly available and fault-tolerant infrastructure systems
- Own the reliability, scalability, and performance of core platform services
- Collaborate with engineering teams to support deployment and operational needs
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using code
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents with urgency
- Optimize cloud resource usage and control operational costs
- Enforce security best practices across infrastructure layers
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for systems and processes
- Troubleshoot complex distributed system issues
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system support
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve platform capabilities
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards
- Support disaster recovery planning and execution
- Work closely with product and security teams to align infrastructure strategy
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
- Implement observability solutions for metrics, logging, and tracing
- Manage configuration and secrets securely across environments
- Scale infrastructure in response to growing customer demand
- Contribute to capacity planning and system architecture decisions
- Promote infrastructure best practices across engineering teams
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms at enterprise scale
- Contributions to open-source infrastructure projects
- Hands-on work with service mesh technologies
- Prior experience in automation or integration platforms
