Responsibilities
- Design and implement custom applications and enhancements in Infor M3 and Infor CloudSuite environments
- Build and support integrations using APIs, ION, MEC, and BOD workflows
- Develop and manage applications using H5 SDK, Experience Designer, and Infor OS components
- Work with business analysts to convert functional requirements into scalable technical designs
- Lead efforts in system upgrades, cloud migration projects, and performance tuning
- Diagnose and resolve critical issues across both cloud-hosted and on-premises systems
- Ensure all developments follow Infor-recommended standards, security protocols, and compliance guidelines
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced development team members
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and enforce coding standards
- Engage with external vendors and Infor support teams to resolve technical challenges
