Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle technical deployments for clients in North America
- Develop robust technical designs that convert intricate business and data needs into actionable system blueprints
- Specify functional requirements and guide development of AI-enhanced delivery processes and automation tools
- Deliver practical feedback from deployment experiences to enhance automated systems
- Assist sales efforts by leading product demonstrations and building proof-of-concept solutions for key prospects
- Educate and onboard client teams to ensure optimal platform utilization
