Plain Concepts is hiring a Senior IA/ML Engineer

Plain Concepts is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer (Data Scientist) to join our international AI/ML squad. You will craft tailor-made AI solutions for our clients, taking ownership of training, deploying, and implementing groundbreaking AI developments.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the design and development of AI solutions for challenging projects.
• Build production-level ML/AI solutions with solid software engineering and ML/AI principles.
• Handle MLOps automated deployment and monitoring for models and infrastructure.
• Perform data analysis, including data cleaning and variable transformation.
• Develop and train ML models.
• Put AI models into production, including parallelizing, optimizing, tuning, and testing for deployment.

What We're Looking For

• More than 7 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• Proven ability to build an end-to-end software product with a machine learning component.
• Knowledge in applied computer vision.
• Strong skills in Python and a reasonable SQL understanding.
• Experience in building ML/deep learning pipelines and models.
• Experience in implementing production-ready ML models using current ML/deep learning techniques.
• Experience in projects with NLP is necessary.
• English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with Big Data projects and tools.
• Experience writing RESTful web services.
• Experience with DevOps technology (Docker, CI/CD).
• Experience with source code version control tools.
• Experience working with Azure or other cloud-based solutions.
• Azure Machine Learning experience is a plus.
• Expertise in deep learning and high-level neural networks.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, ranking systems or similar.
• Experience with TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow serving y grpc.
• Unit testing knowledge.
• Solid object-oriented programming skills.
