Centene Management Company LLC is hiring a Senior IAM Architect to drive the vision, innovation, standards, and architecture for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems. You will partner with enterprise architects, application, and platform teams to design robust, integrated IAM solutions and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic plans.

What You'll Do

• Understand business and technical requirements to establish IAM architectural designs.
• Bridge IAM requirements with overall business needs by collaborating with enterprise, infrastructure, data, and application architects.
• Analyze current state architecture, identify gaps, and make suitable recommendations for improvement using IAM best practices.
• Create and maintain documentation for identity solutions, processes, and procedures.
• Architect security solutions for required IAM capabilities on new, large, cross-platform projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise on identity solutions for modules, IAM applications, platforms, frameworks, and tools.
• Create and update necessary service designs for IAM applications.
• Review and approve service designs submitted by partner application teams.
• Lead proof of concept (POC), tool rationalization, and feasibility study projects.
• Identify dependencies and up/downstream impacts where consultation is warranted.
• Establish and contribute to the creation of new solution patterns within the domain.
• Establish key success criteria and measure outcomes.
• Develop and maintain vendor engagement and performance through proactive relationship management.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) and 4 – 6 years of related experience.
• Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill.
• Experience in identity and access management technologies in authentication, authorization, and identity governance, such as Active Directory, SailPoint, Ping.
• Knowledge of Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions, cloud computing, modern authentication methods (such as OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect), and API-based integrations.
• Intermediate ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Intermediate ability to work independently.
• Intermediate demonstrated analytical skills.
• Intermediate demonstrated project management skills.
• Intermediate ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy, even under pressure.
• Intermediate ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

• CompTIA Security+ Certification preferred.
