Requirements
- 3+ years driving growth for B2B SaaS (security or developer tooling preferred) with a clear track record of pipeline and revenue impact
- Experience achieving a lot with little
- Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, Email delivery, etc.
- Ability to evaluate and adopt new tools to maintain a competitive edge
- Analytical to the core and comfortable building dashboards and explaining the "why" behind the numbers
- Experimentation mindset; you default to hypothesis → test → iterate and openly share wins and failures
- Able to translate complex security concepts into crisp, compelling value propositions for technical buyers
- Thrive in zero-to-one environments; biased toward action, embrace ambiguity, and ship fast without cutting corners
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you write tight copy and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Genuine passion for web security and belief in cside's mission to protect developers and users
- Fully remote capable with at least 4 hours overlap with UK timezone; excited to travel for 2-3 company offsites per year and if interested in-person conferences
