Hospitable is looking for a Senior Growth Designer to join our remote team. You will design and elevate our core business-driving experiences, creating seamless interfaces for user signup and stay management. Your work will shape the look, feel, and flow of critical transactional touch points, ensuring every interaction delights users and is optimized for activation, monetization, and engagement.

What You'll Do

Champion conversion and growth-oriented design for transactional touch points, ensuring activation, onboarding, booking, and guest & owner portal workflows are seamless, engaging, and optimized.
Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design.
Develop and maintain a consistent design language and style guide that reflects our brand and product vision.
Leverage data, user feedback, and research to refine the user journey.
Drive the overall design vision for the product, aligned with the company's long-term strategy and values.
Inspire the team with innovative ideas and a commitment to creating a product that users love and remember.

What We're Looking For

Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Very senior experience in UI/UX design for a SaaS product, ideally in eCommerce or related to growth.
A portfolio demonstrating your ability to create delightful, intuitive, and fluid experiences.
Proficiency with design tools, specifically Whimsical for mockups and Figma for designs.
Ability to think outside the box and push conventional design to create something truly differentiated.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A deep passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of what makes a product truly exceptional.
Ability to work in a European or American (up to East Coast) timezone.

Nice to Have

Experience as a short-term rental/Airbnb host or working in a short-term rental business.
