EY Ireland is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. You will be instrumental in developing visual identities for key campaigns and ensuring the integrity of our global brand, while fostering an energetic and creative team culture.
What You'll Do
- Create conceptual visuals and ideas to support core campaigns.
- Drive quality and creativity, influencing clients toward effective design solutions.
- Lead and execute strategic projects across multiple platforms collaboratively.
- Facilitate design briefings to help stakeholders define their core problems.
- Promote awareness of EY’s visual identity and maintain brand integrity.
- Develop and manage relationships while working collaboratively with stakeholders and teams.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to supporting creative team members in liaison with leadership.
- Coach, mentor, and provide guidance to members of the Creative team.
- Contribute to an energetic, fun, creative culture and act as a team ambassador.
- Develop and manage strong relationships with digital and print suppliers.
- Support team leadership with initiatives as required.
- Act as a self-starter, identifying opportunities and problems and addressing them effectively.
What We're Looking For
- A portfolio showcasing the ability to create conceptual visuals and ideas for core campaigns.
- 4-5 years’ minimum experience in an in-house team, agency, or freelance role.
- A qualification in Visual Communications or a related discipline.
- Experience producing supporting assets for varied digital and interactive assets.
- Experience in multiple print production techniques.
- Experience maintaining solid colleague and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent skills in all Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Proficient knowledge of Adobe After Effects to support small motion design projects.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Ability to respond positively and calmly to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.

Team & Environment
You will be part of the in-house creative department (Creative), working closely with the Design Lead and Production Coordinator(s) to ensure timely delivery of assets.
