Lago is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to craft visually compelling, brand-aligned designs that enhance customer engagement and drive conversions. You will develop high-impact content for clients' Amazon product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements, working closely with content and marketing teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop content for clients' product listings, A+ Content, storefronts, and advertisements.
- Partner with Content Copy Writers and Content Managers to create cohesive, high-performing assets for listings and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to develop content for the company website and marketing materials.
- Develop graphics for Amazon ads, including Sponsored Brand creatives and banners, tailored to drive click-through and conversion.
- Research industry trends and competitor designs to maintain a competitive edge in visual storytelling.
- Continuously explore and adapt to industry design trends, innovative tools, and eCommerce best practices.
- Maintain organized files and asset libraries to streamline design processes across the team.
- Discuss inconsistencies and solutions with your manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirements.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams to align objectives and resolve challenges.
- Act as a technical resource for colleagues within the team and on projects.
- Maintain or exceed department-established performance standards.
- Continue to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standards.
What We're Looking For
- Four to seven (4-7) years of related experience in graphic design.
- Two (2) years of highly relevant experience.
- Strong working knowledge of creating compelling visuals for Amazon sellers and products to enhance product listings and drive sales.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent understanding of department practices, procedures, and specialized functions.
- Good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for assigned clients and projects.
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating clarity and precision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Docs, or similar software.
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet project deadlines.
