Kiln is hiring a (Senior) Graphic Designer

*Full-time - intermediate or senior position - preferably located in London/UK, Paris, or fully remote within the EU.* Kiln has been selected for the esteemed French Government initiative #FT120 from La French Tech! 🎉 🇫🇷 We are seeking our inaugural in-house imaginative, strategic, and adaptable Graphic Designer to integrate into our marketing team and take complete ownership of our visual representation across various platforms. As Kiln continues expanding, we're transitioning this role internally to guide an increasing volume of product launches, campaigns, and events. We currently have a dedicated product designer managing UX/UI interfaces with whom collaboration is expected. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing. You will be instrumental in manifesting our brand's essence across social media, website, sales enablement, and event materials, working closely with marketing and product teams. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in sculpting the progression of Kiln's brand identity and creative direction. Responsibilities: - Spearhead the development of impactful visuals for integrated marketing initiatives, product introductions, and social content (X, LinkedIn) - Conceptualize and supervise event branding, promotional materials, and booth visuals to guarantee a sophisticated brand presence - Manage and enhance website visual design and creative storytelling (Webflow or Framer expertise advantageous) - Generate compelling graphics for technical reports, infographics, investor documentation, and internal presentations - Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring uniformity across all visual assets and channels using Figma and Adobe Suite - Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to transform complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives - Manage specialized projects, including branded product campaigns, in coordination with external agencies and independent contractors - Contribute to design process evolution and help shape Kiln's future visual language - Potential opportunity for leadership role progression Requirements: - 5+ years in graphic or marketing design, preferably within tech or startup environments - Robust portfolio demonstrating visual design capabilities and creative methodology - Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and presentation tools - Experience with design systems and component libraries - Capability to operate independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic, Web3-native environment - Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) Desirable Qualities: - French language skills - Motion design and animation expertise - Keen interest in Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, Wallets, Staking About Kiln: Kiln is the premier enterprise-grade rewards platform enabling institutional clients to stake assets and integrate staking & DeFi functionality.
