UserWise Services is hiring a Senior Game Designer to join the team behind Fruit Ninja and help shape its future. This role focuses on creating compelling, player-centric experiences for casual and hybrid-casual games. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates based in the European Union or Turkey.

What You'll Do

Design and develop core loops, systems, gameplay, and reward structures for casual and hybrid-casual games.
Own feature designs and drive them through the full production cycle, from concept to release and live-ops.
Collaborate with Design and Product Management to brainstorm, design, and iterate on features.
Partner with UX and UI teams to create wireframes and flows that support and enhance feature design.
Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and according to specification.
Develop post-launch and live-ops features, integrating events to support the game throughout its lifecycle.
Pitch, communicate, and maintain a holistic view of game design to facilitate production and evaluate new ideas.
Propose ideas to solve complex design problems and create a better player experience.
Analyze and deconstruct systems, loops, and features from competitor games.

What We're Looking For

A minimum of 3 years of experience designing features and building live-service games.
Extensive understanding, skills, and experience with core-loop, gameplay, and systems design.
Proven success in gameplay design, game system design, balancing, and live-ops strategies.
A player-centric design philosophy and strong player empathy.
Genuine passion for playing and making games.
Knowledge of the latest trends in mobile gaming.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English.

Nice to Have

Experience with game engines like Unity.
Understanding of design areas outside of gameplay and systems.
