Employment Hero is hiring a Senior FullStack Engineer (Frontend) accountable for building and deploying innovative features for our customers. You will play a vital role in accelerating our product strategy by developing critical features for the Employment Operating System.
What You'll Do
- Drive your squad to develop critical features for our customers.
- Collaborate closely with our global team of designers, product managers, and UX specialists to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Write automated tests for your production codes.
- Develop and maintain key components of web applications.
- Conduct testing and code reviews for both yourself and your colleagues.
- Mentor the Junior Engineers within your squad.
What We're Looking For
- Over 6 years of experience in Frontend Software Development.
- Experience in CI/CD, web application performance tuning, and ReactJS/Redux applications.
- Deep fundamental understanding of Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS/Redux, and building tools such as Webpack, Rollup, and ViteJS.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated experience implementing, maintaining, and deploying full-stack web technologies.
- Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology.
- A team player that puts colleagues ahead of yourself with a highly adaptable and versatile approach to work.
- Passionate about learning and sharing knowledge, not afraid to challenge peers and welcome being challenged.
- Experience in translating design wireframes into functioning UI components.
