Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience developing and refining scalable backend services and interactive, user-facing platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of full-stack architecture and data flow in client-facing web applications
- Proven background in building application backends, microservices, and systems that support high-volume data ingestion
- Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to technical detail
- Strong communication abilities with a history of delivering projects effectively and efficiently
- Ability to integrate customer insights with system design knowledge to drive significant engineering outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with adaptability to evolving project needs
- Continuous drive to learn and advance expertise in web development technologies
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable software delivery
- Strong commitment to automated testing practices for ensuring code quality and system reliability

Compensation
Salary ranges vary by location: $165,000–$247,000 for Colorado, Washington, and California (excluding Bay Area); $183,000–$276,000 for New York City and California Bay Area. Total target cash includes base salary, bonus, or commission. Equity and benefits are part of the overall compensation package.
