Sopra Steria is hiring a Senior Fullstack Developer

Sopra Steria is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will develop and maintain client applications using Java/Kotlin and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will act as a consultant on equal footing with clients, playing a decisive role in implementing CI/CD processes to increase software delivery speed.

What You'll Do

• Develop following the Clean Code approach using Java and/or Kotlin as well as web frameworks based on JavaScript.
• Significantly contribute to developing and maintaining new and existing applications for our clients.
• Play a decisive role in introducing CI/CD processes to increase the delivery speed of software solutions.
• Act as a consultant on equal footing with clients.
• Work flexibly across Germany in our offices, on-site with clients, and from home, based on project assignments.

What We're Looking For

• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
• At least 5 years of practical professional experience in (web) development with JavaScript and Java.
• Good understanding of relevant technological and operational processes.
• Good German language skills (from C1 level) and good English skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular and/or React.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and practices.
• Enjoy working in a team and think in a solution-oriented manner.
