Radformation is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our Engineering department. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain software solutions across the full application stack.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack software applications
- Collaborate with the engineering team to define system architecture and technical direction
- Ensure the creation of high-quality, scalable, and reliable software
- Participate in code reviews and mentor other engineers
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior software engineer with full-stack development capabilities
- Strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end programming languages and frameworks
- Experience with software architecture, system design, and database management
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
