Plain Concepts is seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our International Development squad. In this role, you will craft tailor-made software solutions for our diverse client base, working within a multidisciplinary team to implement developments using best practices and the latest technologies.
What You'll Do
- Participate in the design and development of software solutions for challenging projects, including projects built from scratch.
- Design architecture and participate in constructive, co-creative decision-making processes.
- Participate in, review, and help take care of your teammates' projects.
- Work using Scrum methodology.
- Be a key player in developing best practices and writing clean, reusable code.
- Stay current with the latest tools and technologies in the market.
What We're Looking For
- More than 8 years of professional experience working with .NET.
- Proven experience in solution design and architecture.
- Hands-on experience using AZURE services.
- Experience with testing methodologies, including unit and integration tests.
- Experience working with a frontend framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.
- Knowledge of CI/CD as an essential part of software development.
- A good level of English for an international environment.
- A passion for technology and software development.
- Previous experience leading client meetings.
- A constant drive to learn and the ability to learn quickly.
Nice to Have
- You proactively manage the backlog, features, and functionalities, not just code from tickets.
- You have experience training teams or conducting technical interviews.
- You have previously worked in a multidisciplinary team handling multiple projects.
- You enjoy leading a technical project through to completion.
