DeepL is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Voice track. You will be responsible for designing and building full-stack features, maintaining systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver our real-time voice interpretation products.

What You'll Do

Design and build full-stack features, owning problems end-to-end and collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Maintain and improve existing systems to ensure they stay performant, maintainable, and reliable as the company grows.
Ensure code quality and clarity through thoughtful code reviews, architectural decisions, and raising the bar for engineering excellence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teammates across disciplines to solve the right problems and deliver real value to users.
Stay curious, keep up with evolving tools and technologies, learn quickly, and apply new skills when needed.

What We're Looking For

A strong product engineering mindset with a focus on solving real user problems and balancing pragmatism with technical rigor.
Full-stack fluency with comfort working across the stack and solid foundations in system design and shipping production systems.
Strong software engineering skills including clean abstractions, robust data modeling, sound architectural decisions, and scaling knowledge.
You are a collaborative communicator—a clear communicator, active listener, and team player thriving in a collaborative environment.
A growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn, open to new challenges, and willing to work with unfamiliar languages or tools.
