Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable full-stack applications and backend systems

- Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize system performance, reliability, scalability, and monitoring capabilities
- Engage in architectural planning and contribute to long-term technical direction
- Lead projects from initial concept through deployment and ongoing support
- Help establish engineering standards, best practices, and development workflows
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to other engineers when needed
