Starbridge is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to build the user-facing aspects of our platform from zero to one. In this role, you will work closely with product, design, and engineering to create highly performant, stable frontends that explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
What You'll Do
- Build the user-facing aspects of the Starbridge platform.
- Create structures that allow the team to build and iterate quickly and be responsive to customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of software engineering experience working on modern web ecosystems.
- 5+ years of experience with React, Typescript, Javascript, RESTful API, CSS, and other front-end technologies.
- Be a team player who is excited to do what it takes to make the team successful.
- Be proactive both in how you work and how you communicate.
- Be comfortable in a work environment that blends sync and async communication and work.
- Set the highest possible UX and UI bar for the work you do.
- Understand how code can affect performance and how to measure and optimize the work you do.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a technical lead making architectural design decisions.
- Experience with Github CI/CD.
