Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain modern React applications within a monorepo setup using Turborepo, emphasizing reusable and AI-readable components.
- Create dynamic, data-heavy interfaces with React Hooks, TypeScript, and contemporary patterns, relying on auto-generated typed API contracts for reliability.
- Partner with backend teams using a server-side proxy approach to ensure secure and smooth integration of RESTful services.
- Collaborate across Product, Design, and Data functions to ship intuitive experiences, maintaining in-repo documentation to align both developers and AI agents.
- Establish comprehensive testing practices—unit, integration, and end-to-end—to provide AI systems with clear validation paths for code changes.
- Deliver responsive, accessible, and cross-browser consistent applications across major platforms.
- Integrate and fine-tune third-party tools for data visualization and analytics, favoring open, auditable source code over opaque APIs.
- Shape frontend architecture, coding standards, and CI/CD pipelines, including custom linting rules that enforce team-wide and AI-compatible conventions.
- Engage in technical discussions, code reviews, and mentorship with an emphasis on improving codebase clarity for humans and AI.
- Own key aspects of application performance, reliability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Proactively evaluate and integrate emerging frontend and AI-native tools to sustain a rapid, self-correcting development cycle.
