You'll integrate early, collaborating intimately with our founder, engineering, and product teams, establishing interaction models and components that define user-controlled, ethically-grounded digital identity. Responsibilities - Develop and manage significant product features using React + TypeScript, from conceptualization through implementation and refinement. - Generate pristine, sustainable, and verifiable front-end code with meticulous attention to state management, performance, and user experience refinement. - Partner with design teams to translate visual concepts into high-fidelity production components. - Coordinate with backend engineers to establish API requirements, data structures, and integration strategies. - Enhance and mature our design system and shared component repository. - Optimize application architecture through component reusability, state management, code organization, and performance enhancement. - Systematically reduce technical complexity across frontend codebase. - Guarantee quality through comprehensive testing, coding standard definition, and code review leadership. - Proactively recommend improvements across product and technical domains without explicit direction. - Contribute to engineering culture development, process refinement, and best practice establishment.
