Deel is hiring a Senior Front-End Engineer | LATAM

Deel is looking for a Senior Front-End Engineer based in LATAM to be part of our mission to unlock global opportunity. In this role, you will translate design concepts into functional, high-quality code, optimize performance, and ensure scalability for our products.

What You'll Do

• Work as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers, and QA to build exceptional products.
• Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, from discovery and planning to deployment, contributing valuable insights at each stage.
• Collaborate closely with team members to develop robust new features, APIs, and continuously improve Deel’s products, ensuring high quality and performance.
• Actively troubleshoot, identify, and resolve bugs to maintain our fast-paced development standards.
• Ensure a seamless, white-glove user experience for our customers across all front-end touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack developer.
• Excellent JavaScript knowledge in front end libraries, especially React.js, both with class and functional components and hooks.
• Mastery in JavaScript syntax, and in front end essentials such as HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with Node.js and at least one other server side language such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP or .Net.
• Strong experience with state management packages such as Mobx and Redux.
• Deep understanding of designing, writing, running, maintaining and debugging applications across the whole stack in one or more of the listed technologies.
