Responsibilities
- Collaborating with IT Solutions to maintain system performance, software licenses, and version updates
- Administering finance systems by managing user provisioning, access reviews, and account creation
- Monitoring system performance metrics and escalating issues for timely resolution
- Uploading month-end ancillary system data, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts into accounting systems and verifying accuracy
- Performing year-end ancillary system close and roll forward
- Supporting finance teams by creating standardized templates to drive accuracy and consistency
- Conducting ad hoc investigations and data analysis using SQL queries and other tools
- Assisting with annual financial statement audits by gathering and analyzing requested data
- Providing recommendations for system optimization and collaborating on upgrades or integrations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial systems administration or similar technical role
- Proven experience with system migrations, integrations, and upgrades
- Expertise in reporting tools and data analysis techniques (e.g., SQL, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
