Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Prepare and present management reports, including variance analysis and actionable insights
- Act as a business partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights
- Partner closely with Product teams to analyze product financial performance, pricing dynamics, and monetization strategies
- Track and analyze key business metrics (sales performance, funnel, campaigns, customer, and product metrics)
- Own and support revenue analysis, including new sales, upsell, cross-sell, and pricing-related performance
- Build and continuously improve financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and strategic decision-making
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy
- Evaluate financial impact and ROI of product initiatives and go-to-market activities
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Qlik Sense), improving data accessibility for stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes, tools, and data quality
- Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects for senior management
