Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business unit CFOs and their teams to assess financial performance, set targets, plan forecasts, and guide strategic investment decisions.
- Lead regional strategic planning efforts, analyze financial data, and deliver actionable insights to senior regional leaders.
- Work closely with regional and global finance teams to ensure timely execution of monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning cycles.
- Adopt a market-driven approach by analyzing industry trends and identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
- Define and track key financial metrics to evaluate investment performance and guide future funding decisions.
- Design and implement new analytical tools, dashboards, and processes to enhance scalable financial analysis.
- Coordinate with regional technology finance groups to assess current spending and project future technology investment needs.
- Analyze regional profit and loss statements, revenue drivers, and cost factors to inform financial modeling and scenario planning.
- Advance finance capabilities by integrating AI, digital finance tools, and leading-edge financial solutions.
- Generate strategic business insights using industry benchmarks and publicly available financial disclosures from competitors.
- Support and promote organizational efficiency through productivity programs and Agile methodologies.
