Cytiva, a Danaher company, seeks a Senior Field Service Engineer to act as a clear advocate for our customers and a steward for our company. You'll be responsible for increasing throughput, decreasing downtime, and ensuring customer satisfaction through direct, hands-on support.
What You'll Do
- Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of the job.
- Increase throughput and decrease downtime for customers.
- Perform regular Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
- Perform regular upgrades as deemed by technical staff.
What We're Looking For
- Associate’s degree in mechanical, electrical, biological science or military equivalent.
- 1 year of computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows base networking.
- 1 year of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Minimum 5 years of troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to use documentation for the purposes of troubleshooting.
- Valid passport or equivalent for travel into Europe.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of prior field service experience in a related field or military equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in a science discipline or engineering.
- Inventory Management experience, including cycle counts, updating car stock, and returning aging inventory.

Work Mode
This is a remote position supporting customers in New England, Upstate New York, with a high concentration in the Boston area.
