Attentive is hiring a Senior Executive - Full Stack Development

Attentive is seeking a Senior Executive - Full Stack Development to join our Digital Excellence Center team. You will be responsible for building products and platforms for Deloitte India, leading a team of developers, and creating web applications with a focus on customer experience, design thinking, and technology.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed expectations.
• Be part of the Digital Excellence team that builds assets for various stakeholders.
• Lead a team of developers.
• Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Implement security and data protection best practices.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of total experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in software development and building web applications.
• Experience in leading a team of developers.
• Sound knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Python, JavaScript/Typescript and SQL.
• Experience in developing applications using industry-standard RDBMS/NoSQL Databases.
• Experience in JavaScript dialects like ES6 TypeScript.
• Experience in writing unit test cases using Jest, Mocha and PyTest frameworks.
• Comfortable working in Agile methodology.

Nice to Have

• Educational Qualifications: BE, B. Tech, M. Tech.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, FastAPI frameworks.
• Experience in building applications on cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
