- Support recruitment and onboarding of engineering talent
- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with backend and frontend teams
- Evaluate and improve mobile application reliability and scalability
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for production issues
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical documentation
- Monitor key engineering metrics and report on team performance
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Guide testing strategies including automation and QA integration
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term technical vision
- Represent engineering in executive and stakeholder discussions
- Drive user-centric improvements based on analytics and feedback
- Manage release cycles and deployment pipelines
- Support A/B testing and feature flagging infrastructure
