About the Role
This position is responsible for conducting advanced security assessments, simulating adversarial attacks, and driving improvements in defensive capabilities to protect critical infrastructure and customer data.
Responsibilities
- Perform red team operations to evaluate the effectiveness of existing security controls
- Conduct penetration tests across web applications, APIs, and cloud environments
- Identify and exploit security weaknesses to provide actionable remediation guidance
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified vulnerabilities
- Develop custom tools and automation for offensive security testing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats and attack methodologies
- Deliver detailed reports on findings with risk-based prioritization
- Support incident response by providing insights from offensive testing
- Advocate for secure design principles during product development
- Assist in refining security standards and testing frameworks
- Lead complex security assessments involving multiple systems or services
- Mentor junior team members in offensive security techniques
- Participate in architecture reviews to identify potential security flaws
- Simulate real-world attack scenarios to test detection and response capabilities
- Work cross-functionally to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
